(a)
To maintain, provide medical care, educate, rehabilitate,
and support SUJIT KUMAR in every manner possible.
(b)
To undertake, organize, and do all such other things as
may be deemed proper and conductive towards the educational,
social and cultural advancement of SUJIT KUMAR in general.
(c)
To maintain, provide medical care, educate, rehabilitate
and support other children and persons requiring help
and care.
(d)
To raise or collect funds either by donations,
subscriptions, bazaars, exhibitions, lotteries, sports
or otherwise for the furtherance of the objects of the
Foundation.
(e)
To acquire and hold freehold or leasehold land or buildings
or any movable or immovable property by purchase, gift
or otherwise and to sell, mortgage, rent, lease, charge,
encumber or otherwise deal with the land, buildings, movable
and immovable property of the Foundation.
(f)
To borrow any money when necesarry for the furtherance
of the objects of the Foundation
(g)
To co-operate with any Association, Clubs, Society
or body having all or any of the objects similar to any,
or all of the objects of the Foundation.
