Be wary of Nadroga’s pride – Taga September 07, 2010

Former Suva player, Mosese Taga belives Nadroga will not be an easy team to beat when the Capital City side travels to Lawaqa Park to challenge for the BSP Farebrother Sullivan Cup this weekend.
Nadroga was humiliated last week in the second challenge against Northland with the game ending in a 12-all draw.
Northland could have had the win in the bag with their dominant play and Nadroga’s poor play which saw them commit a lot of mistakes but technicality ruled against the Stallions and the coveted Cup stayed in their grasp.
“This will be Nadroga’s biggest challenge yet,” Taga said.
“Northland really tested them so they will be on their toes this week trying not to get a repeat of what happened and keep their hands on the Farebrother.”
Taga said Suva’s star-studded line up will definitely jolt the Stallions into action.
“These Nadroga players are carrying on the family legacy. Their fathers and grandfathers donned the Nadroga jersey whereas Suva, we have had players from around Fiji. It’s a matter of family honor and pride for them more than anything,” Taga said.
“Suva should be really careful. If they are going into the game with the mindset that last week’s game is anything to go by then they should change that. This is there Farebrother, a different level of rugby, no team can be judged by their last game.”
The Nadroga versus Suva match kicks off at 3pm in Lawaqa Park on Saturday.
