Coetzee worried after Naqelevukis return August 28, 2008
Long lost Flying Fijian Sireli Naqelevuki will make his return for his Western Province team when they take on Blue Bulls on Saturday (Fiji Time) at Loftus.
Naqelevuki, who had been missing for 108 days from his South African club, is a doubtful starter against Bulls because WP coach Allister Coetzee is uncomfortable about his form.
Coetzee is yet to assess Naqelevuki but he is keeping his fingers crossed that the Kadavu native kept himself fit during his absence.
The robust centre arrived in Cape Town on Tuesday from Nadi and was accompanied by WP Director of Rugby and former Springboks flanker Rassie Erasmus.
Naqelevuki stayed longer than expected in Fiji with his family after his stint with the Flying Fijians in the Pacific Nations Cup.
He left WP officials worried when they could not find him and led to rumours that his contract with the South African club would go up in smoke.
