Samabula reps told to step up for NCC

By Sunil Sharma

Samabula president Rajesh Prakash knows too well they cannot seat back and relax if they are to win the Kriz Signs National Championship this weekend in Ba.

Prakash expressed his players will have to lift up their game to match Western clubs.

“To play to our best and especially against 4R Electrical and GM United, we will have to iron out our mistakes before the competition,” Prakash said.

Prakash said they will have to work on a better and more structural gameplan to play this weekend.

“Material is their in the team as there are a majority Suva district reps. Onus will be on them to deliver during the game and that can only happen if they step up their performance,” he said.

The Samabula club is working tirelessly to get back into shape before the 3-day tourney kicks off this Friday at Govind Park.
