Suva wins 2009 Chow Games

Suva has successfully retained the overall FMF Chow Games titles after some sublime performances at the end of the two-day competition at the TFL Stadium today.

 
The capital City squad won the Girls category with 20 gold, 7 silver and 4 bronze medals and breezed through comfortably in the boys category with 16 gold 6 silver and 10 bronze medals to establish themselves as the overall winners of the 2009 Games.

Lautoka came in at second overall with 5 gold 5 silver and 4 bronze in the girls division while their boys squad came away with with 6 gold 10 silver and 7 bronze medals at the meet.
