Walker gives birth to baby girl
October 17, 2009
Embattled Fiji Netball coach Melissa Walker gave birth to a baby girl at the Suva Private Hospital this morning.
Walker, whose contract will be reviewed by Netball Fiji executives at this month, is in doubt about her chances of completing her three-year contract.
Former NF team manager Selina Kuruleca confirmed that Walker and her baby are in good condition and will soon be discharged.
“She gave to a baby girl weighing 3.02kilos,” Kuruleca said.
Meanwhile, the national team is now under the guidance of former national rep and robust midfielder Unaisi Rokoura.
