Bangladesh win toss, put NZ into bat
October 11, 2008

Bangladesh captain Mohammad Ashraful won the toss and sent New Zealand into bat in the second one-day international at Shere Bangla National Stadium here on Saturday.

The home team stunned New Zealand in the first match here on Thursday, winning by seven wickets to go 1-0 up in the three-match series.

Bangladesh have kept the same side which won the team's first-ever match against New Zealand, while the visitors have brought in off-spinner Jeetan Patel for paceman Mark Gillespie.

The third and final match is in Chittagong on Tuesday.
