6. As a registered participant of a Fijilive Speed Dating event, you understand that Fijilive Speed Dating offers an opportunity to meet new people but Fijilive Speed Dating does not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with another participant.
   
   
7. We cannot verify the backgrounds of attendees and will not be responsible for anything that happens subsequently between participants.
   
   
8. Fijilive Speed Dating also does not guarantee that any successful match between two participants at one of our events will lead to a successful date subsequently.

Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages of any kind at a Fijilive Speed Dating event, you agree to release Fijilive Speed Dating from any liability with respect thereof.
    
    
14. You may not use the service if you are married or under the age of 18. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not married and that you are not under the age of 18.
    
    
15. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who is abusive, threatening, drunk, or displays inappropriate behaviour in any way. No refunds will be given in such cases.
    
    
16. We reserve the right to stop any attendee from any future events if the person has engaged in inappropriate behaviour or breached Fijilive Speed Dating's terms and conditions.
    
    
17. You represent and warrant that your use of the Service will at all times comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and the terms of this agreement.
    
    
18. By registering with Fijilive Speed Dating you categorically state that you do not hold a criminal record and have not been convicted of rape, sexual assaults etc.
    
    
19. We reserve the right to cancel any event, in which case payment will be refunded in full. We do not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with another participant or that any successful match will lead to a successful date.
    
    
20. Fijilive Speed Dating will give you the maximum amount of notice of such modification or discontinuance as is practicable in the circumstances. Notice of any changes to the service will be made by Fijilive Speed Dating Online posting the changes on this website.
    
    
21. Fijilive Speed Dating Online may refuse to offer its service to anyone without the need to give any reason and may change its criteria for membership at any time.
    
    
22. Fijilive Speed Dating may change the terms and conditions from time to time. Fijilive Speed Dating will post the amended terms and conditions on the website upon any such change.
    
    
23. The amendments automatically become effective immediately after they are initially posted on this website and any use of the service occurring after such date is subject to the amendments.
