Directions



Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a basin, mix in sugar, grated coconut, sultanas and almonds.

Add beaten egg and milk witha spoon into a light batter. Drop spoonfuls into boiling margarine on slow fire till cooked.

Drain on grease proof paper.
