RB Patel Group Limited has today announced the completion of various projects undertaken by the company.
RB Patel chairman, Isoa Kaloumaira said they have finalized the long-term leasing arrangements with the Fiji National Provident Fund (FNPF) for the premises in Rodwell Road in Suva.
He however said no date has been finalized for the opening of the supermarket at the location.
Kaloumaira also highlighted the project in Martintar, Nadi has been completed with the premise leased out to tenants like key retailing outlets, Pizza King and renowned international brands such as KPMG and AON Insurance Brokers.
The chairman also said a property purchased in the greater Suva area during the last financial period is currently undergoing earthworks.
“Construction works at the site should begin later this year of early next year,” he added.
