The Housing Authority of Fiji in its bid to attract potential home owners launched a two day open site to showcase its newly developed  81 high end residential lots in Tacirua East Stage 2 in Suva.

The open site with high end residential areas has attracted commercial banks and architects to provide financial advice and information on building options on the site.

The showcase is aimed at providing those potential lots owner to inspect the completed Phase 1B which comprises of lots ranging from 600 to 1500 square metres.

HA spokesman Dwain Qalovaki said interested lot owners were given a guided tour of the different high end lots that are available for sale via the Expression of Interest tender.

Interested applicants will also need to pay a refundable tender deposit of $500.

Qalovaki said potential lot owners were also provided with information on how to make a bid on these lots.

This HA’s first mixed development project aimed at delivering a total of 1121 residential lots that will cater for all categories of home buyers.

The 81 high end lots make up 7 per cent of the overall Tacirua East Stage 2 subdivision in the central division.

The lots showcase will continue tomorrow until mid day.
