Davendra Naicker, 30, charged with the murder of a taxi driver in Nausori last month has been further remanded by the Nausori Magistrates Court.
Naicker appeared before Magistrate Waleen George yesterday. The court heard the ruling on bail application of Naicker will be made tomorrow and both parties have been told to file their submissions to the court before the bail ruling. He is represented by Suva lawyer Rajendra Chaudhry. Naicker is charged with one count of murder, one count of theft of a motor vehicle and one count of driving a taxi without a driving licence.
