Man arrested while selling drugs

A man has been arrested while allegedly selling marijuana on the roadside.

Police spokesman Atunaisa Sokomuri said the man was arrested and taken into custody at Muaniweni following a tip off.

Police found on him several plastic bags of dried leaves and $400.

While the dried leaves have been sent to Koronivia for analysis, police have again issued a stern warning to drug peddlers that they will face the full brunt of the law.
