The world's fattest man is set to reveal his weight-loss tips in his autobiography.
The Sun says 50-stone Paul Mason, 48, spoke about writing the book after having a life-saving gastric bypass.
The former postman had to drop 127kg from his 444kg peak last year before he could have the operation, which limits the amount of food going into his stomach.
His book, The Journey, which he is writing from his hospital bed, will tell how he did it.
He used to take in 20,000 calories a day - eight times what the average man eats.
After his operation, he was wheeled through 5ft-wide doors into his specially-adapted bungalow - while being filmed for a documentary.
He was so big once that firemen had to knock down a wall so he could be taken to hospital.
But despite his weight loss he is still thought to be the world's heaviest man.
Previous record holder Manuel Uribe, 43, of Mexico, shed more than half of his 571kg bulk to get married.
