Charred remains found in a rubbish bin were identified as those of a 26-year-old stripper and former Playboy model, the Miami Herald reported.
Paula Sladewski, who was listed by IMDb as appearing in a 2003 video entitled Playboy: The Ultimate Playmate Search, had been so badly burned officials had to use dental records to identify her body.
According to a report on news.com, Los Angeles-based Sladewski had been visiting Florida during a holiday with her boyfriend Kevin Klym, who reported her missing on Monday.
Mr Klym said he left his girlfriend’s side early Sunday after they had a fight at a bar where they had been out dancing, according to a report he filed with police.
In the files Mr Klym stated he left the bar alone at about 7am local time Sunday when security forced him to leave because he was "too drunk".
Sladewski's remains were found Sunday night.
Mr Klym has been named as a person of interest in the case, according to KTLA.com.
Sladewski’s stepfather Richard Watkins told the Miami Herald his stepdaughter had a “very volatile relationship” with
Mr Klym and domestic violence charges were filed against Sladewski last June.
The cause of death is yet to be released.
