Five questioned over bloody body find

Five Fiji men are being questioned in relation to the discovery of a body lying in a pool of blood on a road in Nausori.

Police are treating the death of 26-year-old casual labourer James Shankaran Nair as murder.

A group of people on their way to work came across his body lying in a pool of blood on Bau Road at about 5 am yesterday.

Nair had injuries on the back of his head.

The five men are being questioned at the Nausori Police Station, where they are being held in custody.
