Fiji police are investigating today's gruesome early morning discovery of a body lying in a pool of blood in Nausori.
The body of the 26-year-old was found by a group of people on their way to work.
There were injuries to the back of his head, police said.
The man has been identified but his relatives are yet to be informed.
The body is being kept at the Vunidawa mortuary while arrangements are being made for a post-mortem examination to determine the cause of death.
