Fiji’s flag carrier Air Pacific has had to reschedule inbound flights to the country as a result of Tropical Cyclone Mick.
According to a statement from Air Pacific CEO John Campbell, flights due from Sydney, Brisbane, Auckland and Honolulu today, have been rescheduled to tomorrow.
“FJ910 due from Sydney at 1855 on December 14 is rescheduled to depart Sydney at 0730 on Tuesday, December 15 and arrive in Nadi at 1320,” Campbell said.
“FJ920, due from Brisbane at 1650 on December 14 is rescheduled to Tuesday, December 15, departing Brisbane at 0025 and arriving in Nadi at 0700.
“FJ914 from Sydney on December 14, scheduled to arrive Nadi at 1355, has been diverted to Port Villa. The new schedule is to depart Villa at 0345, arriving in Nadi at 0715, Tuesday, December 15.
“FJ410 due at 1600 on Decemeber 14 from Auckland is scheduled to December 15, departing Auckland at 0430, arriving Nadi at 0730.
“Inbound FJ821 from Honolulu due at 1530 on December 14 has been diverted to Apia. It will now depart Apia at 0505 and arrive Nadi at 0700, Tuesday, December 15.
“Flight FJ413 scheduled to depart Nadi on December 14 at 1500 for Auckland, returning from Auckland as FJ412 at 10pm, has been cancelled altogether with FJ273 December 14 from Suva to Tonga.”
