Leweni elected to Fiji TV board

Fiji’s permanent secretary for Information and government spokesman Lieutenant Colonel Neumi Leweni has been elected to the board of Fiji Television Limited.

Lt Colonel Leweni is a board member of Yasana Holdings Ltd, the majority shareholder in Fiji TV, and which represents Fiji’s 14 provinces.

He was elected by shareholders at Fiji TV’s annual general meeting on Friday, said company secretary Tanya Waqanika.
