A former chief executive officer of Airports Fiji Limited Ratu Sakiusa Tuisolia appeared in the Suva High Court yesterday.
Ratu Sakiusa was represented by, Rudra Nand as Devanesh Sharma was away for three weeks.
Fiji Independent Commission against Corruption (FICAC) lawyer, Aca Rayawa informed the court that the matter was set for pretrial conference and that disclosure had been served on the defence.
He said the disclosures consisted of 21 volumes and High Court information consists of six counts only.
Rayawa also informed the court that he was in the process of preparing the agreed facts on the 21 volumes of disclosures.
However, Nand confirmed he had received the 21 volumes of disclosures and that he was seeking an adjournment of three weeks.
Judge Justice Daniel Goundar asked Nand if he had discussed the charges and disclosures with the accused.
Nand also asked the court to defer the plea.
The matter has been adjourned to 2nd November for pre-trial conference and for plea to be taken on the 6 new charges filed.
