Fiji’s Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama is to deliver a national address mid-week on a new roadmap.

According to State media, the address at the Trade Winds Convention Centre in Lami on Wednesday morning will focus on Fiji’s “strategic framework for change”.

Given that Fiji’s constitution was abrogated on April 10 this year by President Ratu Josefa Iloilo, the “framework” is expected to outline the Bainimarama Government’s plans for the country until 2014, when the country is supposed to return to elections.
