Clariti (South Pacific) Limited (CSPL), a subsidiary of locally-owned investment company Fijian Holdings Ltd (FHL) has entered into an exclusive partnership agreement with The Digital Group (TDG) to provide comprehensive ICT solutions and services to clients in Fiji and the South Pacific region.

This partnership will accelerate Clariti’s expansion of its services into disaster recovery, business continuity and risk management so it could offer a full portfolio of services to its clients.

A statement from FHL said Clariti and TDG were currently engaged in talks to further strengthen and promote the Fiji business processing outsourcing (BPO) services industry.

The statement said this would be done by bringing in global BPO expertise to power new BPO initiatives and extend the BPO and call centre industries established on the Indian subcontinent into Fiji.

TDG’s chief technology officer Jai Krishnan, a veteran technologist who heads the company in the Pacific region said: “TDG is committed to extending its global reach and expertise to Fiji and has laid out a long term strategy of building up ICT services, customer support, call centre and back office operations to service customers in Fiji, the South Pacific Islands, Australia, New Zealand and the US”.

“Our partnership with Clariti is a critical component of our vision and strategy in this region and will create a strong regional presence, brand and delivery capability for our customers that we are very excited about,” Krishnan said.

Clarity acting general manager Nouzab Fareed said: “The TDG partnership is a strategic move to complement Clariti’s range of services with global expertise, a wider portfolio of client services, 24/7 customer support and offshore delivery capabilities”.

Clariti South Pacific Limited is an IT company which provides complete IT solutions to corporate organisations and government departments.

TDG is a premier provider of information technology services with extensive expertise in all facets of software development with offices in Fiji, India, Australia and the US.

TDG represented Fiji at the recent CeBIT, the largest computer electronics expo in the world, held in Australia in August this year as part of a Fiji Trade and Investments Bureau (FTIB) delegation to promote Fiji as a back office ICT and BPO hub.
