The board of directors of the RB Patel supermarket has three new members following the resignation of Fijian Holdings Limited representatives.

The three are Sereana Qoro, Padam Lala and Darshan Patel.

They join current directors Isoa Kaloumaira, Surendra Patel, Isiromi Bayameyame and Jaoji Koroi.

Kaloumaira has been appointed chairman.

He is also the new chairman of FHL.

The decision was made at the RB Patel directors’ meeting yesterday, according to a statement by the South Pacific Stock Exchange.

RB Patel Group managing director Surendra Patel said the three new directors were appointed following the resignations of Josaia Mar, Sitiveni Weleilakeba and Ashif Razak.

Patel assured shareholders that under the existing management contract, the Patel family would continue to manage the business in the interest of shareholders and increase shareholders wealth.
