The board of directors of the RB Patel supermarket has three new members following the resignation of Fijian Holdings Limited representatives.

The three are Sereana Qoro, Padam Lala and Darshan Patel.

They join current directors Isoa Kaloumaira, Surendra Patel, Isiromi Bayameyame and Jaoji Koroi.

Kaloumaira has been appointed chairman.

He is also the new chairman of FHL.

The decision was made at the RB Patel directors’ meeting yesterday, according to a statement by the South Pacific Stock Exchange.
