Channel 2 issued wind up notice

 The High Court has issued a winding up notice against Channel 2 (Fiji).

The High Court registry confirms the notice was issued on March 25.

The notice was filed by Sunnybrook Holdings (Fiji) Limited.

Channel 2 which was proposing to set up a television station last December had been embroiled in controversy since last year.

It was under investigation for possible breach of license.
