AHN is seeking resume packages from experienced freelance reporters and stringers to provide original news stories, imagery and audio to AHN.

Successful stringers will be reliable, creative and talented people capable submitting concise, topical stories, imagery and audio news pieces for the AHN wire service client-base.

Responsibilities:

You will report, write and edit news stories and web elements within assigned deadlines. The successful candidate will have the ability to research and write stories that are compelling, factually correct, creative, and written in a clear, concise wire service style.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years journalism experience or related degree required
* Mastery of news gathering ethical and legal issues.
* Strong work ethic & determination to succeed

Desired:

* Video or photo capability preferred
